This vintage 1970s handcrafted velvet jacket is trimmed with black antique lace in varying patterns. Sleeves are fully lined, and inside coat are two Victorian style pockets. Coat looks much better in person than in pictures as it is. Very rare one of a kind item in great condition. Festival, prairie, retro.
