Gorgeous Victorian revival blouse from the 1970s. Features beautiful ruffled lace at the front and along the elastic waist. Has a button and loop at the neck that can be worn open or closed. Such a great and versatile piece to have in your wardrobe!

Condition: Very good vintage condition. I believe that the sleeves used to be cinched/bubbled, but the seams have come undone so they are now open and more bell shaped. See photos. No other flaws to note.

There is a label with RN number, size (Medium), laundering instructions, and fiber contents (100% polyester). There is no brand label, but the RN number is tied to Leslie Ann Fashions.
