This dreamy baby blue dress is adorable. The color is a wonderful blue that will look good on so many! The lace on the v neck is detailed and gorgeous. This just sings 1970s and is a a gorgeous retro maxi. The high stand up neck, the capelet that will hide your arms just a bit, and the beautiful tie in the back are all wonderful details.

The dress closes with a zipper and hooks in the back. It is a light romantic fabric that is a just a bit transparent, but the dress is fully lined.
