Button down print blouse in non-stretch material (cotton blend??) Elastic waist skirt and button down long vest in synthetic material with some give/stretch (polyester??)

VEST: 34-36" bust, 32" waist, 25" long, 15" across shoulders.
SKIRT: 22" long, 22-28" high waist, 37" hip. 1" hem allowance.
