Never worry about mixing up your luggage bag with anyone else's, this is truly a one-of-a-kind case...

The story behind this bag is that I had photographed it to sell during the pandemic. But, I wasn't happy with the white marks and random streaks that were on the outside. I really enjoy doing collages with magazine paper, and had a bit of extra time on my hands, so this became a fun project for me. I would estimate about 100 hours was spent cutting out all of the floral images (etc.) utilized in this piece. Then the collage came together, and several layers of Mod Podge (about 9 on each side, to be exact) were added on top of the collage to reinforce and cover it. I've dubbed this piece the 'Fairy Weekender' and I don't know if I will ever make another like it!

This is a 1970's blue vinyl suitcase. There are two wide metal clasp locks (sorry, the original key is missing) and a plastic carrying handle. The interior is lined with a cream colored vinyl, edged with a vinyl gathered trim, and finished with a diamond shaped mirror at the center of the lid. The overall condition is excellent, with some mild white marks to the exterior, some erosion to some of the metal hardware, and some mild staining to the interior.
