This skirt is so cute and different. There is one single button at the waist band hidden inside to attach the one side to. Then the other side wraps over the top and button on the opposite side in the front. there are 3 decorative buttons off center of the front that you fasten to. Tag says this is a vintage size 10 however the waist is pretty small. Please check measurements. It barely fit my mannequin which is a size 6 so I would say probably a size 4 at the most would be best for this. It has the original tags however there is no brand name. It is union made from the 70s. Material says polyester.
