Beautiful 1970’s tulip print dress by Victor Costa. Made from a slinky black nylon fabric with an all over tulip print in shades of pink. Gorgeous open neckline with an exquisite pleated high ruffle collar. Fitted waist with removable matching fabric belt. The long tapered sleeves and midi length skirt both have the same pleated ruffle trim. Did I mention it has pockets!? Incredible condition. Marked a size 10.
