Looks like it's been in your family for two generations. Metal side zipper closure with two hook & eye options at waist. Fully lined. Kick pleat in back. Excellent vintage condition. Some loose seams inside the lining. No size/materials tag but fits close to a 6/8. Please see measurements closely!
