70’s/80’s Men’s Berman’s Suede and Sherpa Vest

Brown suede with tan Sherpa lining and trim. There are two waist pockets and it snaps down the front. Structurally this vest is in excellent condition. There are some stains around the left pocket and what looks like water spots on the back. I do not believe this is mildew, it does not smell musty at all.
