To complete any vintage outfit - don’t forget the undergarments! And these spanx are both effective (like really effective!), but also have little garters for your thigh highs! Two garters in each leg. These are really tight - I couldn’t even get them on to model (with tights on). As such I would say they would best fits size extra small, maybe small.

Very Good Vintage Condition - Minor wear, elastic seams good. Tag looks like it’s been cut out at some point.
