Vintage 70s men's striped johnny collar velour shirt. Horizontal striping around the chest and arms. The sleeve cuffs are ribbed. Pulls on over the head with two buttons placate. Based on measurements below this would best fit a size Medium to close fitting Large depending on how you like your fit.
