Straight shirt-dress circa late 1970s/80s.
High collar with ruffled trim which extends down bodice, much like a ruffled tuxedo shirt.
Shirtwaist style.
Matching belt.
long sleeves with button cuffs.
Light pleats along shoulders, and lightly puffed sleeves= pleats on sleeves.

Size 8. Poly blend fabric is lightweight, easy care. This item has been laundered.
light textured fabric. It isn't noticeable but very nice.
