Sweet 70s Sheer dress with a great adjustable neckline due to the tie straps. It was a size 13 back in the day but fits like a modern smallish medium.

It is in very good condition. it had a few yellowish spots that came out with a hand wash. I took the pics before i soaked it but they were pretty minor. the only flaw found is where the hem is a little crooked. see pic
