1970's Bill Blass Navy Blue Silk Prairie Dress.

She's a show stopper and a shop favorite for sure. Pristine, perfectly pleated, sheer and sexy in all the right places. The silk crepe literally floats when it moves and is in perfect condition.

The semi-sheer bodice is adorned with a blue silk flower and the raglan sleeves have an added layer of fabric at the cuffs for extra whimsey. 

Dress is unlined except for the pleated, full skirt which features a double layer of the silk crepe, leaving a sheer, unlined ruffle. Surprisingly not one blemish. Even the long hem would normally show some wear but it's pristine.

The mock collar meets in the back and has two long ties that can be styled a number of ways. Features a hidden zipper up the back and an elastic belt inside that helps keep her shape.

Shoulder 14", bust 34", sleeve 23", waist 25", hip free, length 55", sweep appx 90".

Modern size is XS and condition is Mint. This item has been antique dry cleaned.
