Tie bar and cuff links set from the 1970's. Gold toned metal with black detailing and turquoise colored plastic added to mimic turquoise stone. The Tie bar is 1 and 3/4's of an inch wide. the cufflinks and tie bar square are all 3/4's of an inch square. There is an insignia on all three pieces, but other than an "R", under a petal design, the other letters are hard to make out. The work may end in "est" but its very hard to tell.
