1970s sheer dress in navy blue pleated sheer polyester with a sweet floral print. High-banded collar. Covered buttons to the waist which is elastic. Sheer sleeves with printed cuff and covered button. Skirt is sheer and has a pretty ruffled hem. By Hal Ferman. Very good condition.
