Vintage late 70’s seersucker blazer by Ms Russ. Teal green and red plaid print. Lightweight. Single button closure. Large front pockets. Notched spread collar. Unlined. The only flaw is one part of the hem seems to have been repaired with old-school hem glue. It’s not visible but that one section (about 3” long) feels a little stiff. Union Made in the USA.
