Vintage from the 70's - 80's. Royal blue chiffon over a solid nylon lining. Scoop neckline is bordered in a royal blue satin ribbon, butterfly sleeves trimmed in lace with matching lace running down the front.

Excellent condition with only two pics in the chiffon, back right side.
