Great condition. The pants have been taken up from their original hem, but could easily be let back down. It seems like the original hem is still in place. There is a inch Long black line hidden by the new hem that would show if you let the leg back down. The hook on the waist has been moved over from its original position to allow an extra inch. Could be moved back
