70s Reversable Blue And Red Wrap Skirt With Applique

This adorable skirt is from the 70's by Catherine Carr. Made of a soft cotton/poly blend. This is a reversable wrap style. You just have to remove the Mfg tags. One side is a light blue chambray with cute 3D flower details on one side. The inside is a bright red and white floral pattern. Waist has tabs that slide through the hole and button. The button is missing on one side, easy fix. It is labeled a Medium, however, please see the measurements below for a proper fit.
