This dress gives off sweet vibes from the 1960s/70s. The fabric is typical of the era...an acrylic weave. The bright yellow, white and black checks make the pattern and colors fun and cheery. It seems like a perfect dress to start the school year, go back to work in or enjoy a fall day at the market.

The dress has a drop waist and the top part of the dress is more a shift style (looser fit). The skirt flares out a bit for a cute feel. The dress closes in the back with a zipper. It is in excellent condition - no wear and tear or fading. The zipper works well.

This dress could be worn without a blouse underneath, but it would also look really cute with a turtleneck, t-shirt, or a fancier blouse underneath. You could wear this with sandals, flats, heels, or even Converse!
