Vintage 1970s red and white striped sleeveless fit and flare dress. Features a solid red bodice with darted bust, a striped fuller skirt and comes with a matching red belt. Back zipper closure. Made from a soft lightweight semi sheer stretchy polyester material. Union made (ILGWU).
