Vintage 1970s red sheer chiffon ruffled midi dress. Features an elasticized crew neckline and short sleeves that are trimmed in ruffles (sleeves are not elastic). Elastic waistband and full skirt with ruffled hem. There is a belt loop on one side and in back but no belt. Slip on style.

Good vintage condition with some flaws that include the elastic waist is very stretched out. It's not completely shot and does have some stretch left. There are also some black smudges along the hemline that I could not get out and a run in the fabric on the back of the skirt. All shown in pics.
