Vintage 1970’s red confetti print midi dress with ruffle neckline, bodice, and sleeves. Elastic nipped waist with matching tie red leather belt. Semi-sheer nylon dress, was probably meant to be worn with a slip under but no longer has a slip. Style as a sheer dress with gorgeous undergarments or with a slip – whichever fits your vibe! In incredible vintage condition, no flaws to note.
