Vintage 1970s red lace ruched disco dress. Deep v-neckline. Surplice bodice. Sheer lace puffy draped sleeves with shoulder pads (easily removed). Elastic waistband. Tulip hem in front and back. Lots of ruching, gathering and pleats. Acetate lining. Slip on style.
