1970's Red and White Polka Dot Halter Top Maxi Dress

Red maxi dress with white polka dots all over it. Halter top that ties at the back of the neck with a rounded neckline in the front. Dress is an a-line floor length style that features a zipper down the back. Fabric is slightly stretchy.
