1970's Red and White Polka Dot and Chambray Skirt Dress

Red and white polka dot empire waist bodice with a scoop neck that has a ruffled neckline, sleeveless and metal zipper down the back. The skirt of the dress is a blue chambray, there are 3 white decorative buttons on the bodice.
