Features a high ruffled neckline with attached neck tie, short sleeves, buttons to the elastic waist and a flared skirt with more flounce ruffle details. Cut from an airy, lightweight, sheer chiffon material (pictured with a full slip). Belt shown for style but is NOT included.

Good vintage condition with some minor flaws that include a tiny snag on the back of the skirt, one of the neck ties has become unstitched and the elastic waist is stretched out from age. No other flaws.
