Vintage Byer California 1970s short puff sleeve tie back velvet ankle length dress. So soft and fuzzy. Small hole on the seam at the armpit. There is a back slit that has started to come undone a bit but could easily be fixed. Such a classic piece. No size tag so please refer to measurements.
