sweetest vintage 70s chiffon tea length midi dress - bold yellow w beautiful pink / red / green watercolor-like floral print! puff sleeves, almost - empire waist, slight boat neck, v cut back, and a pleated skirt perfect for twirling! the sweep on this one is truly gorgeous, makes me feel like a fairy princess.
