This gorgeous vintage 1970s blouse is by Diane Gilman for Cabal 100% cotton. It is a lightweight blue denim with ruffles around the neck line and the front. Asymmetrical buttons continue up the neck. Puff sleeves with cuffed hem. Excellent condition.

Measured laying flat pit to pit 18 inches, length 24 inches, sleeve length 18 inches, length across shoulders 13.5 inches. Per size chart, modern size small.
