Sign, sealed and delivered. Insanely good 1970’s post mark novelty print dress. Made from the deepest black acetate fabric that feels like a silk scarf. All over red post mark print from different countries. Lovely sewn down handkerchief neckline slimmer waist line and a front pleated skirt. Matching fabric covered buttons at each wrist, and a back zipper closure. Great condition, I found one small blemish to the fabric. It’s so hard to see, and doesn’t take away from the beauty of the dress. Looks great belted (not included) no designer tag, or size only the union tag remains.
