This vintage 1970s dress by J.C. Penney is a black column maxi dress with a draped blouson top. There's two thick spaghetti straps, with a squared neckline, and a vibrant poppy print at the chest. The dress zips up the back with a nylon zipper. Marked a vintage size 16, new old stock (unworn, no flaws).

Bust measures 39", waist 28-40" (elastic), length 58". Fabric has some light stretch. Shown on a size 12, 5'4 model. Please note that modern washing machines are more vigorous than vintage machines, and this should be washed in a garment bag to prevent tearing.
