70s Polyester Gingham Blouse with Pockets

A cool 70’s gingham pattern top that could possibly be handmade. The seams are perfectly straight, but the thing that makes me believe it is handmade are the different colored threads used throughout, most noticeably on the buttons. Alternatively, these could simply be repairs done by the previous owner (a woman who ran her own backyard nursery). Blouse features a wide-spread dagger collar and two roomy front pockets. Material is a little thick, but appears to be somewhat breathable. The fabric is rather roughed up, but not super noticeable at a glance. This is most apparent on the edge of the button panel. There is also a small white paint stain, a couple tiny holes as well as seam holes and minor pulls throughout. Perhaps it was nursery woman’s favorite work shirt! Label: Unknown Size: Fits Like L/XL Color: Green and White Fabric: Feels Like Polyester Decade: 1970’s Condition: Good Vintage *Belt Not Included* *Measurements* —In Inches, Lain Flat, Seam to Seam — Shoulders - 14” Pit to Pit - 20” Hemline - 22” Length - 26”
