All Polyester, no wrinkle, pop in washer and hang it up because it's barely even damp when it comes out of the washer.
So cute! No maker name on this. Long sleeves, puffed at shoulders, with slim cuffs that button with black buttons. Black buttons down front too. Ruffle collar and front ruffles all trimmed with black. Little black tie is attached. no flaws.
