Festive dressing in a plus size from the 70s to early 80s. It has an ethnic vibe, looking like Russian Cossack blouse. True red, Long sleeves, button cuffs, all buttons are self-fabric. High notched collar and asymmetrical pleats with buttons at shoulder. Festive enough? Longer length to wear belted or not. No flaws.
MEASUREMENTS: please note the the shoulders are "cut-in" making them seem small and making sleeves look longer than usual. It's all about those sleeves that are puffy at shoulders!
