These trousers are in excellent condition. One thing to note is that they have what I would describe as ALMOST a paper bag style looking waist. The elastic is thick (and in great condition) and where it's made to hold the elastic is a little, shall we say, floofy. More so noticeable in person than you can tell in these pictures.
