This 1970s secretary dress in a wonderful purple plaid, with a pussybow neckline and peplum waist. The skirt is a pleated a-line shape that swishes nicely. Pull on style. Gathered shoulders. There's belt loops but no belt, so you can add your own if you'd like a more cinched in style.

Measures 42" bust, waist up to 36", hip around 66", length 45". I think best fit for about a size L/12/14. Model measures 42/34/42.
