1970's Peach Chiffon and Taffeta Floral Wrap Dress. Gorgeous peach taffeta is covered by a peach chiffon floral print. Internal tie at the waist that can be moved to increase waist size. Outer closure is a simple hook and eye (also can be moved to increase waist size which would also increase the deep V neckline). This could also be worn open as a duster. The shoulder ruffle has a capelet feel.
