A cream-colored breezy caftan by the great Giorgio di Sant' Angelo, enveloped in some of the most intricate and stunning embroidery that I've ever seen! Sant' Angelo became famous for his bright and colorful boho pieces of the 70s. He believed that woman should be allowed to be comfortable and dress like gypsies, if they so desired. This particular piece is most likely from the late 70s, after the "di" was dropped from his original moniker.
Features:
+ Heavily embroidered in pastels
+ Interestingly constructed with sharp pleats down the front and back
+ Collar can be worn buttoned or open; inside of collar is also embroidered
+ Wear loose as is, or with a belt for more structure
+ Freshly laundered and ready to wear!
Some minor snags here and there to the embroidery as to be expected, some of the buttons are a bit discolored.
