This dress is so luxurious! From the 70's by Candace Mallas. Beautiful shade of blue. The silk glows like a good quality silk should. Batwing sleeves with a blouson top. The waist is elastic with plenty of stretch. Below the waist is a peplum that ties up on one side with a long sash. Make into a bow or just loop it over. There is a row of vertical beading that goes up and over the shoulder and down the back on both sides of the bodice. The back closes with big rhinestone buttons and loop closures. The top button is missing but could easily be replaced. Aside from that there are no flaws. Labeled a size M but please note the measurements below for a proper fit.
