Bright color makes a bold statement in this neon green, crepe-textured double-knit polyester 70s maxi dress—it looks like it would glow under a black light! The fold-over high “cowl” collar has points in back. The armholes are deeply cut, for showing off your shoulders. The bodice is fitted with diagonal bust darts in front and vertical darts in back. The skirt flares out in an A-line shape from waist to hem. The medium-weight polyester is unlined, and has no significant amount of stretch to it. The plastic zipper in back was sewn in by hand, making me guess that the dress was home sewn. In very good condition, this eye-catching 70s maxi dress or evening gown has one super-faint mark on the lower front of the skirt, and one tiny hole at the front hem (see photos), neither of which is likely to be noticed when it is worn.
