This dress is simply elegant and classic. From the 70's by Leslie Fay. Made of navy blue swiss dot cotton fabric. Split neckline with white plastic decorative buttons coming down the bodice. The skirt is full length in a sweeping circle. It comes with a very long belt with intricate white cotton embroidery on the ends. Tie it in a knot, bow or wrap it a couple times around. Center back zipper. Excellent condition and quality. Best fit would be a Medium, however, please see the measurements below for a proper fit.
