This cute shoulder bag has a soft carpeted tapestry covering on the outside and a brown vinyl interior. The metal clasp in the front has a turn lock. It is in nice condition with wear from use. There is one spot on the yellow patch towards the top right front of the bag which you can see in the last photo. It actually blends in until you look closer. I did not try to remove the spot. The metal on the clasp has some discoloration and scuff marks. The vinyl on the the inside looks pretty good. There is a zip pocket on the backside of the interior. You can definitely carry this bag now!
