18" Drop
Nothing screams 70s like this necklace! This classic Sarah Coventry piece is all about avocado curtains, the Mamas and the Papas, orange shag carpeting, and olive oil fountains complete with cavorting gold cherubs on proud display in the front entry.
It's surprisingly stylish with the translucent pebbled embellishments on the sides of chain instead of the typical pendant. The largest amorphous circle is amber acrylic, sandwiched by a more opaque cream circles. Abstract swirls reminiscent of chinese characters finish off the gold tone chain.
It looks fabulous against black, and I've photographed it here against a navy scarf. Imagine it paired with tortoiseshell Gloria Steinem glasses! It would make a fun gift for the retro jewelry lover in your life and with an 18" drop, it would layer well with more contemporary pieces.
As with all collectible and vintage jewelry expect some minor wear but this piece appears in excellent condition and includes the Sarah Cov © tag. Please review the photos for details.
