Vintage 1970s cotton blend dress and matching jacket. This item does have some flaws, please see condition description below. Darling light blue and white seersucker fabric fees like a cotton blend. The dress is a sleeveless shift dress that zips up the back. There's a darling matching flower brooch at the neckline (it is removable). Matching jacket has 3/4 length sleeves, bust darts and buttons up the front.
