70s Mod Dot Print Mini Dress S Xs Long Sleeve Casual

Vintage 70s Casual Mini Dress from Rag Dolls San Francisco
This dress is pure comfort - super soft material with stretch. Long sleeves. Green, blue and red print on neutral.
Size tag is missing: Bust 34", Waist 22" and can stretch to 28", Hips free, Bodice Length 15". Length 34". Shoulders 13". Sleeve 22". Model is 5'1"
Unknown material - Tag indicates hand wash.
Flaws: Marker tip size hole in sleeve. Smocking stitching at the waist is not tight as it would have been when new. The waist area also is duller in the print. There was elastic at the cuffs which I have removed as it was worn out and I prefer a non-fitted wrist. I have hand sewn some small open seams inside the dress. There was a small tear at each wrist which I have closed along with the cuff when I removed the elastic. Price reflects issues.
