This off the shoulder dress is the epitome of summer- with its pretty rose bud fabric and tired skirt. The bodice is fitted with a very pretty off the shoulder style shawl collar that falls beautifully of the shoulders. The shawl collar has satin lace and ribbion. The waist is fitted and flows out into a tired skirt with a full sweep. The skirt also has lace and ribbon. How perfect would this be with wedges and a floppy hat??! Good condition but some alterations like the hem is not original. Looks great. Bust 16.5" flat relaxed approximately I can stretch it to about 18" . Hard to measure with the way its gathered..
