This 70s dress is the perfect light weight breathable warm weather staple. The dress is made of a pretty cotton floral ribbon design fabric with lots of colors. The dress is midi length and multi tired on the skirt. The bodice has a tie waist and scoop neck. The sleeves are 3/4 length. No brand tag but there's a care tag so factory made.
