The bodice is made out of the perfect steel blue colored velvet with little decorative floral buttons. The blue velvet complimented by the prettiest purple floral around it and on the skirt. Blue and purple are so pretty together. The sleeves are then long and subtle white printed cotton. There's just something undeniably perfectly winter about this dress. Marked an 11 but pretty generous for 11.
